Turning fuel logistics into fuel governance

Across Indonesia's off-grid telecom footprint, fuel availability isn't a logistics line item — it's the precondition for network availability. Fuel Management is a module of Triple-E's own Digital Ops Platform — the same in-house system we use to integrate people, process and technology across our engagements — built to keep 1,000+ gensets running across the country's hardest-to-reach sites. It's also a template: we build bespoke modules like it for other clients' projects.

The problem

Remote and island sites depend on continuous genset operation, and resupply can span multiple days. A single fuel stock-out becomes BTS downtime — and downtime becomes a service-level problem, tracked with no real-time visibility, manual consumption math, and paper-based loss records.

What it does

Four pillars: operational visibility (five-band fuel-stock status per site), governed workflow (four-stage refueling approval with full audit trail), operational analytics (consumption trend and days-to-empty estimation), and incident governance (every loss or theft event captured with evidence).

The OUTCOME

Fuel-induced downtime risk is surfaced before it becomes an outage. Refueling and billing (BAIP, PR/PO) close on structured data instead of manual reconciliation — and the model has already scaled from a single region to nationwide operation.
